Sleep Center Services for the Grants Pass Area
Advanced Sleep Disorders Center services the areas of Grants Pass, Rogue River, Merlin, Hugo, Medford, Gold Hill, Cave Junction, Obrien, Williams, the Applegate valley along with Josephine county and Jackson county.
Most of our patients in Southern Oregon prefer to use our Medford location while some prefer the Brookings location. Whichever location is best for you or requested by your physician - we offer at least the following services:

We offer on line forms for you to download at your convience using PDF formats (see the menus). You can then bring them in to us when you come in for your visit or deliver them prior to your visit.
